In-Person Group Classes

In the Legion Yoga class we will combine functional movement with breathwork to allow for a deeper mind body connection. Introducing new movement patterns that build up to a peak movement regiment that pushes your mental and physical limits. Thus allowing you to move and flow in your body and strengthen the body and the mind. Then we will calm down the system and bring you to a state of clear focus. The Legion yoga class is more than some stretching, it is a dynamic flow of mind body empowerment.
